our story The God given vision to start a natural personal care product company came while completing my graduate degree in Analytical Chemistry. I knew that God had given me a greater purpose in life. My purpose was to use my knowledge and education for the betterment of my family and community.
Shortly thereafter, I began to investigate the effects of various synthetic ingredients found in commercial products that posed potential skin allergies and irritations. I also began to research West African and Bahamian "bush medicine" herbal remedies and plant essences known for their healing and cosmetic benefits. This lead me to mankind’s ancestral home, Ancient Kemet (Egypt). The chemistry and uses of aromatic oils, herbs and botanicals began in Kemet (Egypt). The very essence of herbal medicine was developed by our ancestors. Empowered with this knowledge, God’s vision for me was now manifested.
