Essential Oils by Khemet Botanicals

Essential oils are the fragrant essences from flowers, leaves, barks, roots and berries obtained by various methods of extraction. Each essential oil has its own therapeutic properties that have been proven by use through the ages. They can be used to treat a wide range of ailments including first aid, common minor ailments, stress related diseases and skin problems. Chemical copies of essential oils are used widely in perfumery and commercial cosmetics, but these will have none of the therapeutic properties of a pure essential oil, and may be damaging if used in therapeutic doses.
