Payment Options We proudly accept the following major credit cards: Master card, Visa, American Express and Discover. All credit cards are securely transmitted using a secure network, then processed manually in our corporate office. You may pay by check or money order made payable to Khemet Botanicals. Please include your Driver's License number. Allow an additional 3 days for orders paid by check. Please note the fee for returned checks is $30.00. Sorry no COD's. Order Damage/Returns We go through great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, packaged and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. We do not accept responsibility for products damaged in transit, nor due we make damage claims. We strongly recommend that you inspect your shipment carefully and immediately report damages to carrier. Please order carefully. There are no refunds due to the nature of our products. Exchanges may be allowed on a case by case basis. If there is damage as a result of Khemet Botanicals error, we will be glad to exchange the merchandise with in 5 days of purchase. Shipping and handling Shipments are made via USPS priority mail, without signature confirmation. Most products are made to order, fresh daily and then shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Rush orders are available, however are subject to an in-house processing fee of $5.00 and applicable shipping charges. There is a flat shipping rate of $5.00 for all US orders, unless express shipping is requested. International orders are shipped via FedEx overnight.
